Processing, Policies, and Shipping

  • All Essence of Earth products are handmade, mixed, poured, and pressed, to order, by owner and operator Rachael Gendron.
  • Processing times may vary from 2 to 10 business days, depending on demand.
  • Every product is unique and is created custom to each customer. If you have any questions about your order or products we make please email us via the contact tab.
  • Please be aware that we are not responsible for shipping discrepancies.
  • We offer First Class and Priority shipping methods both domestic and international, tracking provided.
  • Please be advised, when choosing First Class your package does not include insurance. If an item arrives damaged or is lost in transit a claim will need to be filed with your local carrier, as we will not be held liable. If choosing Priority and your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit please contact us through the contact tab or email essenceofearthcosmetics@gmail.com with your first and last name, order number, and photo evidence of damage, if applicable, within 2 days of delivery.
  • Essence of Earth operating hours are: Monday-Friday 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. EST.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
  • All sales are final. Returns or refunds are not permitted due to the handmade nature of our items, as well as being a cosmetic product. A refund will only be issued in the case of an allergy after use of our products. Please read descriptions thoroughly as all ingredients are listed.
